Q. How can I make a reservation for Airport bus?

 

A. Ask to reception staff,but only the way to Airport is acceptable.

*We don't have our own shuttle bus service.Use public transfer like this limousine bus.

-from Airport(Narita / Haneda)

Reservation is NOT accepted.

We are afraid,but the only way to get tickets is purchasing that at Airport arrival lobby ticket-counter when you arrive.

-from Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku

We accept seat reservations from 1 month prior to the boarding date.

Please contact to the reception desk for reservation.

 


Q. Can I store baggage before check in / after check out?

 

A.Yes,we accept both of them for free.

-Before check in

Please ask reception staff for the service anytime you arrive.

-After check out

Sure,we can hold your baggage at the reception until the end of the day.
And if you have the next reservation with us ,we can hold them until next check in.

**ATTENTION**

Please kindly understand that we could only accept 2 baggage per person.

 


Q. Can I send a parcel/luggage to hotel in advance?

 

A. Sure,we may accept.(*up to 2 parcels/luggage per person).

Please kindly understand below*NOTICE*.

*NOTICE*

  • We do NOT accept cash on delivery.
  • Due to our limited storage space,we could only accept 2 parcels/luggage per person.
  • Please clearly write down the reservation name and the arrival date ,as we need to confirm  the booking.
  • C.O.D is not available.

 


Q. Can the hotel assist making reservations for a restaurant?

 

A. Yes, if you send us Email with "order sheet" ,we will try to arrange it(*up to 3 restaurants.).

Please carefully note below policies and procedures. 

-BOOKING POLICY-

  • Please choose the dates during your stay at our hotel,except the check-in and check-out dates.
  • We can NOT take booking requests for restaurants where imposing cancellation charges to our hotel(*like Sukiyabashi-jiro...).
  • Requests must be made by 7 days prior to your check-in date.
  • Requests must be asked by our hotel guest who goes to the restaurant.  

    (We are NOT able to help restaurant reservations from the 3rd person.)
