Is there a hotel cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies: If reservation is cancelled after 12 pm( local time) on the arrival date, there will be a penalty charge: 100% charge for the 1st night.

If reservation is cancelled before this time, no cancellation fee will incur.

No-show will also result in the penalty charge for 100% charge for the 1st night.

If there is vacancy upon your arrival, we could extend the check-out time.

( however, we can not affirm the late check out before you arrive, since it depends on the vacancy upon your arrival)

Late check out until 3:00pm, 30% from our basic rate

Late check out until 6:00pm, 50 % from our basic rate

How can I get to Hotel Sunroute Shinjuku Plaza from the nearest train station?

The hotel is located about 3 minutes away from Shinjuku station's south exit

From the exit

Cross Koshu Kaido avenue

Make the first right and go 1 block

At the first intersection (Nishishinjuku-ichome), make a left

The hotel will be on the right side on the street

If you are using Subway Oedo line, Shinjuku line, or Keio Shinsen line, the A1 exit will be the nearest; you will see the hotel on the left side from the exit

There is a refrigerator in every guest rooms.

Vending machines and ice machines are available on every floor excluding 5,8 and 11F

※The refrigerator in the guest rooms are for cold storage and it won't get to the temperature to freeze.

Therefore, if you would like to have anything very cold or frozen, the front desk would keep them for you.

Please ask the receptionist at any time if you need the refrigerator/freezer.

There are laundry slips and bags in each room

Laundry must be dropped off by 10:00am to be received in the evening(it will be ready by 7:00pm). Laundry charge depends on the item, so please see the price list on the laundry slip.

We have Currency exchange machine at the hotel lobby.

The currency we accept at the exchange machine are as follows;

US Dollar, Australian Dollar,Singapore Dollar,Euro,Yuan Renminbi, Hong Kong Dollar,New Taiwan Dollar, Won.

There is one of the currency exchange center nearby : "Travelex".

Can the hotel assist making reservations for a restaurant?

Restaurant booking as per your request can be taken care of by our hotel, however, please carefully note our booking policies below;

■ Restaurant Booking Policies

- Unable to help in making restaurant reservations on the dates not staying at our hotel including the check-in and check-out dates due to some difficulties to get in touch with our guests.

(In case of cancellation or amendment)

- We are unable to take booking requests for restaurants where imposing cancellation (including No-show) charges to our hotel.

- Restaurant booking requests have to be made by 7 days prior to your check-in date. (Ex. Can be taken by May 17th for check-in : May 25th)

For these requests, please ask our receptionist directly AFTER your check-in.

(Please kindly understand that booking might still NOT be made because of restaurant holidays or already being fully booked.)

-We are not able to help to reserve for restaurant reservation from the 3rd person.

(Booking requests must be asked by our hotel guest who goes to the restaurant.)

- Booking requests can be taken ONLY up to 3 restaurants.
